August 2022 Service Update

Dear KPB Customers, 

We sincerely apologise but we are experiencing major delays currently.  Please see the below ETA's for products: 

  • In-Stock Orders: Please expect up to 3 weeks from the date you have placed your order to be shipped as we are experiencing a backlog. 
  • Pre-Order Products: Expect usual dispatch timeframes (Up to 4 weeks from release date of products). 
  • Back-Order Products: Expect usual dispatch timeframes (Up to 4 weeks from order date of products). 

Please also be aware that choosing Express Shipping will not change our current fulfilment delays. 

We are experiencing these delays due to staff shortage as a result of COVID-19 as well as a number of new releases/major shipments in a short period of time. 

To ensure we will be able to assist you as quickly as possible, please ensure you include your order number (eg: #1111) when you are reaching out to us.  

We are making it a priority to ship out everyone's orders as fast as possible with the limited working capacity we have, so please provide us with your order number when reaching out.

Once again, we apologise on the delays, and we wish our staff to recover from COVID-19 as quickly as possible so we can get your orders out smoothly once again.  We appreciate your support for our small business.
