Order Processing Times:

  • IN-STOCK ITEMS: Up to 5 business days 
  • PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 4 weeks from product release date, processed within 5 business days of shipment arriving in Australia.
    This processing time allows for your product to be released by our Korean suppliers > processed for shipping from Korea to Australia > processed for domestic shipping dispatch domestically within Australia.

  • BACK-ORDER ITEMS: Within 4 weeks from the date of your order processed through the website/payment clearing (for orders paid via Bank Deposit).
    This processing time allows for us to purchase your item request from our suppliers in Korea > processed for shipping from Korea to Australia > processed for domestic shipping dispatch domestically within Australia.

Where do you ship from? 

  • For Australian customers - Sydney, Australia. 
  • For non-Australian (international) customers - Sydney, Australia OR South Korea OR Japan. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship internationally via Australia Post, Sendle, DHL from Sydney, Australia.  Shipping costs are calculated automatically for your destination based on the shipping details you input when checking out on our website. 

Please note that customs/duties/international tax charges are NOT included in the product and shipping costs, you will need to pay local customs charges as per your local importation regulations, please be aware of this when ordering from our website. We do not cover any custom charges.  

We are also not liable for any parcels that cannot be received due to local importation laws or incorrect customer information when placing the order with us. 

We also do NOT under-declare parcel values and will declare the exact amount in AUD as per your purchase value on our website. 

Any issues in your order/international shipment stemming from any of the above circumstances are not eligible for a refund. 

2 May 2025 Update: US Tariff Charges - For any US customers, please note that we send our parcels as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) so you may be liable for any customs/local tariff charges for any products purchased from us as they may be manufactured in China/Hong Kong.  For further information of how this may apply to you, please check your local laws related on importation. Our shipments will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post, information for this can be found here:
