January 2022 Service Update

Dear KPB customers,

We would like to advise you that we are experiencing major delays currently. Please see below ETA's for products:

In-stock orders between 23 December 2021 to now (January 2022): Please expect up to 3 weeks from the date you have placed your order to be shipped as we are experiencing a backlog from Christmas/New Years & COVID-19 isolation requirements/staff shortages.
Pre-order products: Please expect up to 6 weeks from product release date until domestic dispatch as a lot of pre-order products since Christmas has been delayed due to public holidays and international shipment issues in transit from Korea to Australia.
Back-order products: As per above pre-order ETA.

We are also currently inundated with inquiries. To ensure we will be able to assist you as quickly as possible, please ensure you include your order number (eg: #1111) when you are reaching out to us.

We are making it a priority to ship out everyone's orders as fast as possible, so please provide us with your order number when reaching out to us.
