BRISBANE SUPANOVA - CLICK & COLLECT (PICK-UP) INFORMATION

K-POP BAZAAR will be offering Click & Collect at Brisbane Supanova on 8-10 November 2024 as part of our pop-up shop at the expo. 

Please note that you will only be able to pick-up at Brisbane Supanova on these dates, so prior to selecting this option please ensure that you will be able to attend the event on these dates. 

Any uncollected Click & Collect orders after the event will be required to be shipped, and will incur an additional charge for shipping.

We are offering this service as requested by our customers at our interstate events to allow for us to bring additional stock that we otherwise would not bring, and to allow our customers to save on domestic shipping fees!

1. Add any in-stock item/s to your Cart & select "Check-Out" when you are ready. 

2. When on the "Check-Out" page, input all your information:

  • First Name: (YOUR FIRST NAME)
  • Last Name: (YOUR LAST NAME)
  • Address: Merivale Street
  • City: South Brisbane
  • State/Territory: QLD 
  • Postcode: 4101
  • Phone: (YOUR PHONE NUMBER)

*Please make sure you input Merivale St, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101 as the address or your order will not qualify for Brisbane Supanova Click & Collect*

3. Shipping Method > Select "Local Delivery" 
4. Input your preferred payment method > "Pay Now"


5. You're done! Your order is confirmed! Note your order number/order confirmation email as when you meet us at our booth at Brisbane Supanova, we will need this order number. 
6. Meet us at Brisbane Supanova and let us know that you have a Click & Collect order - show us your ID (Driver's License, School Card etc.) as well as your Order Number. You can pick up your order then ( • ̀ω•́ )✧

NOTE: Change of mind cancellations/returns will NOT be permitted for any orders after the deadline of Thursday, 31 October 2024.
