MYSTERY PHOTOCARD PACKS
The Info:
- If you purchase more than 1 “mystery pack” in the same transaction, please be aware that all mystery items will arrive in the same package. Please also note that there may be duplicate items due to pre-sorting of pack items at random.
- If you purchase any other items within the same transaction as a “mystery pack”, please be aware that they will be included in the same package as the mystery items.
- Mystery items will be packaged in our normal delivery boxes/satchels.
- Sales of mystery boxes are final, there will be no cancellations/refunds/exchanges unless in the instance of severe transit damage to products (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions in regards to an 'Unboxing Video'). Please ensure you have read all the information and are 100% certain before placing your order as sales are final.

Can I choose what is in my mystery pack?
No, the items have been pre-sorted at random, which will be packed into your mystery pack. Please be aware that if you purchase multiple mystery packs, there may be duplicate photocards in your pack.
What group/s may I receive in my mystery pack (photocards)?
- Girl Group: Blackpink, ITZY, (G)I-DLE, STAYC, Kep1er, NewJeans, Weeekly etc.
- Boy Group: Stray Kids, ATEEZ, Enhypen, The Boyz, TXT, EXO, Oneus, Treasure etc.
