Service Update


We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders (in-stock/pre-order/back-order).  Please anticipate up to 10 business days for your in-stock order to be picked + dispatched. 

Postal Delays: 

We ship with Australia Post (Auspost) and Sendle nationally, this is their busiest time of the year.  Please ensure you order from our site with enough time for postal delays to occur if ordering for Christmas period. 

Please check with Auspost/Sendle for cut-off date times. 

Incoming Shipments: 

We have experienced a backlog of orders coming in from Korea - a lot of pre-orders arriving after our 4 weeks timeframe in recent months.  Please allow an additional 2 weeks from product release date for items to arrive to us and be dispatched to you. 

Upcoming Business Shut-Down Period (Christmas / New Year Trading Schedule): 

We will be closed for dispatch from 27 December 2021 to 4 January 2022.  Please note that our very small business is run by only 2 people and with our courier partner closures, we will be taking a break during this period from fulfillment.  Any pre-orders arriving during this time or any in-stock orders will only be fulfilled once our courier partners open up again.

We truly appreciate every single customer's support for our small business. This year (2021) is our first full year of trading. We have encountered a lot of challenges and changes this year that we did not anticipate. However, all your comments and support have been very special to us both, and we really look forward for 2022 and will look to improve our service even more.
